Well, SO much is going on! Trent will be released from the other side of the world in about 4 weeks. As of right now, he will only have a solid income till a little before the end of the year. Please pray that we will find a job that will meet all of the needs of our family and that if it requires a move that all will go smoothly.
We have our house on the market to sell and have had more interest this last month than we have the entire last 8 months combined. Please pray that God will bring the right person along...and that I will be able to keep it as clean as it can be.
God has worked in amazing ways and truly shown himself. He laid it on the hearts of my fellow teachers to come and help me with the house, so they all came after school on Monday. Together we got about 15 hours of work done both inside and out. It was amazing because I didn't even have to ask for help. Secondly, our ABF teacher's family came and mowed, weed-eated and planted flowers today. Again, I did not ask for help. My mom and Dad (or Trent's Dad) usually comes out to do these chores, but they have been unavailable. It was so neat to see God provide willing people both times without me asking anyone or telling anyone about the needs.
Major transitions are coming and I just pray that they will be smooth and God-lead.
Kids are doing good. Jacob's reading is improving on a daily basis which makes me worry less. I think I finally have Brooke convinced that she has to put forth effort to get the grades - she hasn't ever had to study before because it came so easy. She is VERY smart. Jacob is also, its just getting him to show it.
Ethan is not talking much, but I am seeing improvement. Pediatrician wants me to wait till he is 2 to be evaluated - I can't believe that its only 4 months away. I just think that Ethan can't get a word in edgewise with the other 2. : ) Overall, he looks older than he is. Grandma Susan took him to get his hair cut today while I worked at the Buddy Breakfast. They had a great time together.
